? App I’m Loving! ?
Othership has a really effective breathwork app that I’ve been loving and use regularly, and I think you’ll really love it too. It’s super intuitive and non-intimidating, and it’s made it really easy for me to create and sustain a practice.
Othership usually offers a 7-day free trial, but with my link, you can get 14-days for free—click here to sign up and get started!

About Myles Farmer:
Born and raised in a small town, Myles Farmer’s journey to success was firmly rooted in the foundation of integrity, community, taking risks, and hard work. When he ventured to the big city he made big dreams come true building various successful businesses across multiple industries.
Myles is an innovative and resilient entrepreneur whose first venture was in real estate when he was still attending the University of Western Ontario. At 23, he became a Tim Hortons franchisee, earning multiple awards for exceptional growth by expanding to seven locations. Continuing his streak of success, he opened some of Toronto’s most well-known and successful restaurants and nightclubs. His illustrious career also includes co-founding the award-winning Blue Door Communications, a hospitality-focused PR firm, as well as being the managing partner at Barbanti Capital Inc. a private investment firm in Toronto.
By overcoming his own obstacles, Myles realized that the lifestyle he was leading no longer aligned with his values. Motivated by his own personal growth journey he committed to making his next project one that would change individuals’ daily lives for the better, especially in the face of a global pandemic. His passion for wellness then inspired his vision of Othership which he co-founded. Othership is a physical space and digital platform for shifting states of mind and offering peak experiences that inspire awe and belonging.
Throughout all of his many successful ventures, Myles’ feet remain planted in the soil of his mission: to help others find the balance that they need to create, love, grow, and connect. He has a gifted ability to see things clearly in a logical way which is what led him from a life of late nights in the entertainment industry and the fast pace of the finance world, to making waves in the wellness industry – one breath at a time.
